Hi and welcome to the On-Call Leadership website. I am CEO/Founder of On-Call Leadership and I have dedicated all of my time in this organization. This organization was an idea for an assignment in my Criminal Justice class and I never thought that I could make that idea come alive. It is a dream come true to deal with the youth as I work with teens presently by teaching dance of all kinds, and holding rap sessions with them about everyday life. I presently hold several leadership positions as Dance Instructor. I also work with kids in the community as well where we create an environment that is comfortable to learn in. O.C.L. is the beginning to a whole new experience for those teens that are having trouble in school, at home, or just in today's society as a whole. Children today need all the support we as a community can give them and that is where On-Call Leadership comes in. Many are asking, "How can we get involved and how can we deter them to better?" Our answer is simple; let's teach them to be the leaders they are called to be.

 

O.C.L. is designed to pull out of the youth the GIANT'S that they are and we can only do this with your help. We want to reach out to children and mentor them from the start and also stretch our hands out to those teens that have already been caught up in teen issues and that are experiencing or have experienced what it's like to be caught up in peer pressure such as incarceration, violence, homosexuality, youth pregnancies, substance abuse, and gang related activities.
